All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the User in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the User’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of India. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Inzor.in, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing Inzor.in. The materials contained in this mobile application are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Inzor.in for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

– modify or copy the materials;

– use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);

– Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in Inzor.in;

– remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

– transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Inzor.in at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

3. User Account

In order to access certain features of Inzor.in, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

4. User Content

By posting, submitting, or transmitting any content on or through Inzor.in, you grant Inzor.in a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such content in whole or in part, in any media, format, or technology, whether now known or hereafter developed.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you own or control all rights in and to the User Content and have the right to grant the license granted above to us and our affiliates and service providers, and each of their and our respective licensees, successors, and assigns; and (ii) all of your User Content does and will comply with these Terms of Service.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

– Use, display, mirror, or frame Inzor.in, or any individual element within Inzor.in, Inzor.in’s name, any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information, or the layout and design of any page or form contained on a page, without Inzor.in’s express written consent;

– Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of Inzor.in, Inzor.in’s computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of Inzor.in’s providers;

– Avoid, bypass, remove, deactivate, impair, descramble, or otherwise circumvent any technological measure implemented by Inzor.in or any of Inzor.in’s providers or any other third party (including another user) to protect Inzor.in;

– Attempt to access or search Inzor.in or scrape or download content from Inzor.in through the use of any engine, software, tool, agent, device, or mechanism (including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or the like) other than the software and/or search agents provided by Inzor.in or other generally available third-party web browsers;

– Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that:

  – infringes any copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or other proprietary rights of any person or entity; or

  – is defamatory, libelous, indecent, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, invasive of another’s privacy, promotes violence, or contains hate speech (i.e., speech that attacks or demeans a group based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, and/or sexual orientation/gender identity); or

  – discloses any sensitive information about another person, including that person’s email address, postal address, phone number, credit card information, or any similar information.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to and use of Inzor.in, at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice to you, including if you violate these Terms of Service or any other policies or guidelines posted on Inzor.in or for any other reason.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

Welcome to Inzor! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our users, it is important to adhere to our guidelines regarding the listing of items. Below is a comprehensive list of items that are prohibited from being listed on Inzor.in and the Inzor app.

General Guidelines

Users are not allowed to post any items or services that are illegal, offensive, harmful, or in violation of our policies. All listings must comply with applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

1. Illegal Goods and Services

Illegal Drugs & Paraphernalia: Including, but not limited to, narcotics, controlled substances, and related equipment.

Stolen Property: Any item that has been reported stolen.

Illegal Weapons: Including firearms, explosives, ammunition, and military ordnance.

1. Regulated Goods and Services

Alcohol: Including liquor, beer, and wine.

Tobacco Products: Including cigarettes, cigars, and e-cigarettes.

Prescription Drugs: Including pharmaceuticals and medications that require a prescription.

Human Body Parts and Remains: Including organs, bones, blood, and other bodily fluids.

Hazardous Materials: Including chemicals, pesticides, and other substances classified as dangerous.

1. Adult Content and Services

Pornographic Material: Including explicit adult content, obscene material, and sexually suggestive items.

Adult Services: Including escort services, prostitution, and other related activities.

1. Discriminatory and Offensive Content

Hate Speech: Including any item that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm against any group or individual.

Offensive Items: Including items that are defamatory, libelous, or slanderous.

Inzor reserves the right to remove any listings that violate our policies without prior notice. Users who repeatedly violate our prohibited items policy may face account suspension or termination.

Reporting Violations

If you come across a listing that you believe violates our prohibited items policy, please report it to us immediately. Our team will review the report and take appropriate action.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms and conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use Inzor.in after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use Inzor.in.
